We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Fender instruments, amplifiers, and accessories. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your item in its original Fender packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
